● v11.2 is another BIGGIE from tiny Cosmosent Labs, Inc. ! ...
● Photosets captures Burst Photo Sets with High-Precision Timing & with Long Press Shutter support controlling a User-defined circular buffer.
● With v11.1, we expanded that to also include RGB3x 10-bit 422 Lossless Burst Photo Capture.
● With this update, v11.2 we've added support for making Short-Form ProRes 422HQ Videos, up-to 60 fps, from your captured RGB3x photo files.
● Simply put, we've taken Photosets to an entirely new level !
● One we refer to as "ML Super Pro".
● Where the ML simply refers to Machine Learning, which for Photosets correlates to the ML Tag/Caption/Label support we've built into v2 of the RGB3x file format (included with v11.2)
● Also BTW, one does NOT need to use the 255-byte ML Tag/Caption/Label field for Machine Learning, but that's where it Fills an Immediate High-Value Need.
● i.e., the capture & collection of "dynamic" ML training data.
● Stated differently, the "ML" part (i.e., the Machine Learning part) of "ML Super Pro" is optional.
● i.e., one does NOT need to use the app's ML Tag/Caption/Label support, its use is optional.
---
● From the BIG picture perspective, Photosets used to be ALL-about 8-bit 420 support & content, both for Photos & Videos.
● Starting with v10.31, & continuing-on with v11.0 & v11.1, & now with v11.2, we've been focused on adding support for 10-bit 422 content, both for Photos & Videos.
● The Base version of Photosets & the (features & capabilities that represent the) "2x Capture" IAP are ALL-about 8-bit 420 support & content.
● The (features & capabilities that represent the) "ML Super Pro" IAP are ALL-about 10-bit 422 support & content.
---
● Please note that the 10-bit ProRes 422HQ Video Maker added with this update, v11.2, is "brand spanking new".
● And, that it's NOT yet full-featured like Photosets' (legacy) 60-scene Video Maker, which supports ONLY 8-bit 420 content.
● Over the new few updates, it should get there.
---
● Please also note that capture duration of RGB3x maxes-out at 45 photos/set if 2x Capture is enabled, otherwise it's 30 photos/set.
● Either way, the photo files are BIG.
● Please use with caution if you are NOT sufficiently Skilled in the Art (i.e., working with Lossless Photo Files).
---
● Above ALL, "Education is Key" to Using, Mastering, & Enjoying Photosets:
● The most-important of which is what we refer to as Hot Tip #1:
● After installing Photosets, open the Settings app, Tap your name / iCloud / Manage Account Storage / Backups / (select) your iPhone OR iPad, Turn Off Photosets & Confirm.
● That will prevent iOS (& Apple servers) from backing-up Photosets to your iCloud storage.
---
● Note also that there are buttons for Navigating between the Home View & the Camera, but we recommend using Swipes, it's both easier & faster:
● From the Home View, Swipe to the Left to transition into the Camera.
● From the Camera, Swipe to the Right to transition back to the Home View.
---
● Once you've captured two OR more photo sets, the Home View adds "vertical" scroll support for Navigating up & down your list of photo sets.
● That's inside the View Box presenting the photo.
● The photo presented for each photo set is always the first one of the set.
● Tap it to transition into the Editor's speed selector view.
● Tap it again to transition into the Editor's View.
● Swipe to the Right once OR twice to transition from the Editor back to the Home View; here it depends-upon where in the Editor you're starting from.

● As a reminder, Photosets uses an Apple Camera Framework that does NOT generate sound during Burst Photo Capture.
● Another BIGGIE from tiny Cosmosent Labs, Inc. ! ...
● We've added 2nd-Gen "ML Super Pro" support !
● You can now make 10-bit ProRes 422HQ 4K Short-Form Videos, up-to 60 fps, from your captured (RGB3x) 10-bit 422 Lossless Burst Photo Sets !
