Included is a unique snooze button that forces your brain awake by asking simple math questions, which upon completion provides a brief 3 minute snooze. Much better than hitting snooze and falling back asleep over and over. As well, we've included tips to help you fall asleep and stay asleep all night long.
How does it work?
The night before, starting at your bed you can set the location that you would like to have to walk to in the morning by having the app count your steps. When you create a new alarm, you can add a new location to walk to. After you hit Set Location and add a new one, you may hit GO, at which point the app will begin counting your steps as you walk toward the location. When you arrive, you may hit save and use that location in the future. In the morning the alarm will not turn off until you have walked the number of steps set previously(displayed on-screen as well).
