Increase your disc space and reduce your data charges by reducing the size of photos using our algorithms that keeps the detail.
Sending large photos to your friends or posting large photos to social media sites like Facebook, Flicker, or Pinterest can be impolite because unnecessarily large photos use up your friends disc space and downloading your photos can eat away at your friends data plan. Now with PicCrush your friends can view the same high quality photos that have been crushed to less then half the original size.
PicCrush uses an advanced resizing algorithm similar to algorithms used by advanced image software like Photoshop. The algorithm can decrease the size of your photo without causing the photo to lose detail or sharpness when viewed on mobile devices. In many cases crushing the photo will actually increase the sharpness and detail of the photo.
PicCrush uses an advanced interface just like Tinder that lets you quickly go through your photos and select photos to be Crushed. Flic left to crush, flic right to see the next photo.
Only use crush after backing up your photos. Once you confirm that you want to crush the photos you cannot recover the original photo unless you have backed up your Photos. Using PicCrush to crush a photo several times can degrade the quality of the photo.
