How to? :

- Open SETTINGS on your device.
- Tap on WALLPAPERS & BRIGHTNESS

- Select CAMERA ROLL.
- Select LAST photo.
- Tap SET
- SET LOCK SCREEN.
(additonal step to set original wallpaper as home screen background)
