You set a time to contact them either Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, 6 months, or Yearly. After the set time, you get a reminder notification to contact that person with the contact method you have set, pre-populated with person's phone, text, or email.

Let's say you met a cool person at a conference. Using Luper, you add them to the Monthly time loop with a reminder to email them every month. Luper reminds you every month to email that person. Luper even has an email draft ready for you with their email address in the to: field
