iFestival for V Festival 2012 takes the music festival experience and makes it mobile, accessible and social all in one app. It's important for any festival goer to get the latest updates and most useful tools to make their festival experience as enjoyable as possible, from the build up to post-festival blues.

V Festival is an amazing 2 day festival spanning the weekend of 18th + 19th August 2012 hosted at two locations, Chelmsford and Stafford. This year's headlines acts are The Killers and The Stone Roses with support from Nicki Minaj, David Guetta, Snow Patrol and Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds.

Our app features great tools and invaluable information aimed at providing the best festival experience before, during and after the festival. We've equipped the app with amazing new features like the built in Tent Finder, Social Chat, Flashlight and Photo Uploader to make the app not only useful in terms of information, but also functionality.

Along with these features the app is packed full of vitally essential information such as full up-to-date lineup; full artists bio, links to their social channels, the stage and day they will be playing, their top songs, links to their upcoming events and the ability to purchase their music right from the app. We've also got a full stage by stage break down of the bands which will be updated as and when the stage play order is announced. You can also star your favourite artists to make them easy to find in the future.

All of this information is updated as and when there are changes to the lineup whether it be stage additions, replaced acts or brand new stages. You can also discover the latest announcements in our news section as well as push notifications that will keep you in the know when news breaks.

Tent Finder + Flashlight
We've all been there, you've spent a day in the sun, you're a little worse-for-wear and you can't find your tent. Now you can use the power of satellites, space and your phone to navigate back to your tent to either sleep or continue the party. You can also drop a pin on your car, for when the weekend is over, so you can find where you left it. Not only this but we've thrown in a built in flashlight so you can easily navigate in the dark.

Upload & Share Photos
Upload and share your memories from the festival past and present. We'll be handing out freebies to the best pictures so keep an eye out in the news section.

Music Playlists
If you have the Spotify app on your device you can listen to some of our great custom built playlists right from your device. We've hand picked the best music to compliment the festival and we'll always be adding more.
