BabyCam is a video-based baby monitoring system.

NOTE! THE APP ONLY WORKS WHEN THE IPHONE IS ON THE SAME NETWORK AS THE CAMERAS. REMOTE ACCESS MAY BE POSSIBLE IN A FUTURE UPDATE! THIS MEANS THAT IF YOU LEAVE THE LOCAL NETWORK, YOU WILL LOSE CONNECTION TO THE CAMERAS!

It uses a standalone networked camera and streams video and audio from this camera to your iPhone or iPod Touch.

The application is built for ease of use:

Automatic detection and configuration of new cameras
Automatic connection to existing cameras
You can rotate the camera through an on-screen joystick
You can enable sound, which allows you to listen to the sound around the camera
The application can be configured to flash and/or vibrate when it detects sound coming from the camera

The only configuration you need to do is if you want the camera to connect to your wireless network instead of your cabled network. The app will help you with all this.

The camera that the application supports is of type FOSCAM FI8918w.

If you have multiple cameras, you can switch between them with a button. The application supports a high number of cameras.

NOTE! You need a camera for this application to function properly. Without a camera, you won’t get much out of the application.
