You can track your previous downloads from "Downloads" section. Here you can view all you current files being downloaded. You can also stop, resume or remove downloads.

In the last "Files" section - see all your files. You can email them or send to any computer via WiFi. You can also Air Print them if it's a text document.

To get any of your file to your computer simply touch on the file green button. Them go to your computer and open your browser at the address shown on the iPhone.
You will see a web page with all files you previously downloaded.
You can also upload file to your device using that method.

You can access all of your files later. Select a file from the list to view it. Or listen to music you previously downloaded.
