FAQ/Trouble shooting Guide
Q. I have older iOS 3.1.x and when I click on the icon the app closes ?
A. This app is optimized for iOS 4.2.x . We would strongly recommended updating to the latest iOS from Apple to optimally use all the features of the app.

Q. I am having trouble logging in?
A. The app requires that username must be entered in the format e.g. [email protected] . If only username is entered without @gmail.com, it will not allow you to login. If you are still having issues logging in, please do the following steps in the exact sequence (Do NOT miss any step!) to resolve the issue:

1. Delete app from iPhone/iPad.
2. Power off the iPhone/iPad and then Power it again.(This will reboot iPhone/iPad)
3. Re-install the app (Re-installing is FREE )

When login screen comes - enter a username (e.g. [email protected]) and password - Once you are logged in - it will show list of all contacts. Choose a contact to initiate a chat session.
