BMI / BMR Calculator offers an easy to use application that has 2 functions:

First - the App calculates your Body Mass Index (BMI) which is a measure of body fat based on your height and weight. This applies to men and women aged between 18 and 65 years.

Secondly - the App calculates your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) which refers to the number of calories you'd burn if you stayed in bed all day.
