Add a Case

This screen allows the user to input data related to a case. The format is very similar to an operative note. The screens are user friendly with pop up number pad, keyboard and pop up wheel for easy selection, the user can add data to the wheel for easy selection at a later time.

Notes

Text editor allows the user to take notes about the case. The notes page also has a camera feature incorporated allowing the user to take a picture relating to the case. All pictures saved to the case files are only accessible from the software.

The camera feature can be a useful feature for operative pictures or interesting anatomy, x-rays and even useful to take a picture of the patients FACE sheet for later export to the billing office.


Search

This button gives the user four choices allowing the user to search cases. The user also has to option to view the entire log.

Date- the user can select a date or a range of dates
Patient- the user can search by name
Procedure- search by procedure
Surgeon- search by surgeon


Export

This feature allows the user to select cases and export them in column format via email.
The user has three different options they can export from selected dates, service or by procedures.
