Notes:
1. Push Notifications require an active Internet connection, either via WiFi or cellular network (GPRS, EDGE or 3G). Notifications can't be delivered in time if the device is out of signal range or don't have an active Internet connection.
2. Although iPod Touch is supported, notifications sent to these devices may arrive up to 15 minutes late while it is in standby mode.
