Cancer Prevention is nowadays one of the hottest topics in healthcare, and is getting more and more interest from clinical researchers in the medical field as the knowledge of the disease moves further. Some of the early beliefs, considered years ago as “superstition” have now solid clinical evidence.
Basically, there are 4 fields which we should focus on:

eat AntiCancer 1.2 contains 25 of the most important, scientific-based anticancer aliments for your diet, a list of aliments which you shouldn’t abuse of and some of our recipes that make eating healthy food a pleasure.
In eat AntiCancer you will find:
•A short description, which tells you a bit about what you need to know about the aliment, where it comes from, its story, where you can find it;
•A simple yet precise "how to use" that explains how you could eat every single food in order to maximize the benefits you can take from it; we love to show our point of view, so you will find tips on how we cook it with our own Italian/Mediterranean tradition;
•References coming from the scientific world which testify the true abilities of the aliment you are considering.
And with "Did you know?" and "How do we like it?" You will have synthetic information about that specific aliment and the way in which we cook it.
The scientific validation of the aliments is made by Prof. Massimo Masserini, Director of the School in Human Nutrition at the University of Milan – Bicocca.
With his help, we created "Plus": from a scale of 1 to 5 "+", you will immediately learn what aliments are more important in preventing cancer.
