Settings:
- Pick a default calendar
- Show or hide specific calendars
- Show week numbers
- Select the first day of the week (monday or sunday)
- Tap the clock icon to go to next hour, day, week etc.
- Haptic feedback when scrolling through time.
- Filters out all day events when viewing hours and minutes.
