Blur allows you add effects to objects, faces, and more. Use one of the three modes-blur, pixilate, and blackout- to easily add beautiful effects to your images.
Applying your effects is accomplished through one of three modes. The first is the Smart Lasso, which allows you to outline an object and automatically apply effects to it. The second is rectangle, which allows you to create a rectangle effect. Lastly, freehand allows you to apply effects to exact areas using a circular resizable curser.
